"I was looking online for quotes on two vehicles. I selected three among many different responses. Kim Lazo of State Farm gave me a quote and followed up. She was very patient because I was traveling and insurance was not my priority. Still she persisted, so I looked at her quotes and compared it to my present insurer. I then decided to transfer my auto policy to State Farm and will bundle up my home insurance as well. Why, because Kim Lazo provided me her time, reasonable rates and a peek into excellent customer service. Thank you Kim!"
